Silver Ash Ranch Retreat is located in Northern Mississippi on 190 rolling, forested acres bordering the Holly Springs National Forest. There is a 20-acre spring fed lake with a small island, backing up into the national forest. Access to the Holly Springs National Forest is available from the property.
THE LAKE / FISHING / SWIMMING
Silver Ash Lake is stocked with Catfish, Bass, Bream and Crappie, making it a great fishing lake. For those with adequate skills it also makes an excellent swimming lake during the spring and summer months. The ranch has a pontoon boat, a flat bottom boat, canoes and life jackets for rent.
ACCOMMODATIONS
SA Ranch can easily accommodate 22 people. It is possible to set up indoor accommodations for more people upon request, and pitching tents is also an option, with some beautiful sites over looking the lake. We have 2 complete kitchens, including a garden kitchen, as well as out door cooking facilities, and cooking facilities in the travel trailer.
TRAVEL TRAILER
Best spot, right on the lake, small, but sweet with a front porch, and fire ring out front. Can accommodate 2 comfortably, 3 easily and 4 if 2 are tiny, or your really roughing it. Call for prices.
THE BARN :
The Barn is a multifunctional facility. It includes the 2000 SF loft , 2 table rooms, a bunk room, 4 bathrooms (6 showers), and 2 full kitchens.
LOFT
Above the barn is a beautiful 2000 SF loft, with a covered back porch and a front deck. There is a large kitchen, lounge and dining area, and studio or workshop area. It can accommodate art studios, parties, dinners, conferences, classes, and other events. It also makes for 3 – 4 bedrooms, or more. Satillite TV can be made avail for a small extra fee.
STABLE ROOMS
On the ground floor of the barn, two stables have been converted into double occupancy rooms. They are very very cute and have access to the garden kitchen. There is one bathroom on the barn ground floor and the bath house.BUNK ROOM
A larger room has five bunkbeds, i.e. 10 beds. It also has access to the garden and garden kitchen and all the bathrooms on the ground floor / bath house.BATH HOUSE
In the pine grove right behind the barn is a bath house with four showers, two toilets, and separate male and female accomodations.
ART STUDIO
The barn loft has adequate lighting for artists to work, day and night. It makes a great studio. and can be broken up with wild walls to make 3-4 good sized semi private studios.
TRAIL RIDES IN THE HOLLY SPRINGS NATIONAL FORREST
Silver Ash Ranch has direct access to the Holly Springs National Forrest from our property. Bring you own horses and access miles upon miles of Mississippi wilderness. Coggin test is required. Camp out or stay in our accomidations. We have a great bast camp!
HUNTING FACILITIES
Though no hunting is allowed on the property, it is a short walk across the property into Federal Lands.

PHONE AND COMPUTER SERVICE
It is important to note that cell phone use is limited on the ranch grounds. Certain providers such as Cingular and some local companies can pick up reception on the hill top over the barn. There is a land line in the barn loft. You can access the internet via the phone line. There is also a phone at the manager's office for important or emergency phone.
